Do you provide material test certificates?
Yes. We provide full material test certificates (MTCs), chemical composition reports, and dimensional inspection reports with every shipment. Batch traceability is maintained across all our production runs.
What finishes are available on your brass hardware?
We offer satin brass, polished brass, antique brass, nickel plating, chrome finishing, PVD coating, lacquering, and bare/natural brass finishes. Lead-free and RoHS-compliant options are also available. Custom finishes can be discussed on enquiry.
Can you manufacture from my drawings or samples?
Absolutely. We work with DWG, STEP, IGES, and PDF drawings. You can also send physical samples for reverse engineering. Our engineering team will review, confirm feasibility, and provide a prototype before full production begins.
What are your typical lead times for export orders?
Lead times vary by hardware complexity and quantity. Standard catalogue items: 2โ4 weeks. Custom or OEM hardware: 4โ8 weeks including prototyping. We always confirm lead times in writing before order confirmation and keep you updated throughout production.
